Individual psychotherapy for adults navigating stress, responsibility, and life transitions.

I provide individual psychotherapy to adults seeking support with emotional distress, chronic stress, burnout, and life transitions.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative, attending to the connection between emotional experiences, thought patterns, bodily responses, and relational and cultural contexts. Therapy is offered within a collaborative, ethical, and confidential framework and guided by professional standards of practice.

About Me

Rhoda Lalog, Registered Psychotherapist

It’s nice to meet you! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with clinical training and over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and professional environments.

As a Filipina-Canadian and second-generation immigrant, I bring cultural awareness and sensitivity to my work, particularly when supporting clients navigating intergenerational expectations, identity, and belonging.

My Services

Who I Work With

I work with adults who carry significant responsibility in their personal, professional, or family lives and experience internal strain despite appearing capable or high-functioning.

Many clients come from immigrant, Global Majority, or intergenerational family systems, where resilience, loyalty, and responsibility were learned early. Therapy offers space to explore how these experiences continue to shape emotional well-being, relationships, and self-understanding.

Areas of Clinical Focus

Psychotherapy may support:

  • Anxiety and stress-related concerns

  • Burnout and occupational strain

  • Emotional regulation and overwhelm

  • Boundary difficulties and people-pleasing patterns

  • Intergenerational and cultural stress

  • Identity exploration and life transitions

Therapeutic Approach

My work integrates evidence-informed psychotherapy within a holistic framework that considers emotional, cognitive, relational, and somatic experiences.

Rather than pathologizing coping strategies, therapy focuses on understanding how patterns developed and supporting increased awareness, regulation, and flexibility over time.
